AVIGNION
Every body know a song of sur pont d AVIGNION. I also wish to go AVIGNION. Looking at the brigge,turnning to Palais de pepes and th fence surrounded the town,I was verry happy. In front of a high class restaurant,I started to study the cuisine by my French dictionary,finally I choosed several dishes and knock the door. A handsome boy opend the door,and ask me if I made a reservation. I ansered no. Then Iwas refused politely. Sinking about it in this time ,it was stand to reason,but it was the firstime to visit France,I was at a loss,and change a restaurant in hotel Parisien. I ordered hotel dinner composed of an cooked eel,sauteed prok with basil. A large melon was served as a dessert. A waiter asked me if I like to add a liquor inside the melon. I answered non merci,but he pour it into the melon. In my surprise,the melon turned to be delicious! I was ignore that way,I must learn much more. Then I sprinkle some liquor over a melon when I eat it in my house. I rested hotel Midi. A bottle of lavender extract was sold for a sovenir of south France. It has an effect to insect bite,bowel pain,sedation etc.
NICE
When I was younger than now,I mooved in a night train from Chamonix to Niece. Strong sunlight from a window of a train made me a deep impression. Regarded on out side by sleepy eyes,ble sea and a villa with swimming pool were there. I tought ,it was south France! Olives and cycards were seen along to the streets. I went down from Alps ,and was very hot on the same wear of the mountain,wanted to buy a tennis wear. I told a vendor to buy a cheeper pants ,but he asked me if I put it on my body. I answerd yes. Then he refused to sell it. I wonder why he insist so. After a long while I knew that the cheeper pants was for children,and the high cost one was for adult. Now, I can speak French a lttle even a telephone,at first,I could not understand such an easy conversation as this. So,be sure to trast your conversation,you will be able to speak French after visited some times. The plage was pebbly. Hundreds of topless ladys expose their body in the sunsine. Iwas glad to met them ,and took some photograghs. Complete blue sky,sail of yacht,hotel Negresco,casino etc. I took a dinner of bouillabaisse in restaurant Prince along the seaside way. First,a waitress brought a dish of red beet and brought it off soon. Next,she brought a bouillabaisse and served it in a deep large dish with Aioli sause and chopped breads. I eat all
of them. yet,the waitress asked me if I wished for a second helping. How huge bowels have a French man! The seaside way was lighted by a fullmoon,and many cars passed on fullspeed. During my dinner,there happened a traffic accident near the restaurant. The drivers quarreled eachnother for a long time. After looked at the clothes weared by NAPOLEON in Musee Massena,my wife visited Musee Mattise. I took a walk in the town. I bought a cucumber,and eat it. But ,it hold no water in it and tasted bad ,so I threw it in a trash basket. To tell the truth,it was not a cucumber but a zucchini. In that time I did not know a zuccini. By an excursionbus to MONACO,I enjoyed bright sight of mediterranean sea,an aquarium,a company of a perfume,and the casino in MONACO. The hotel I rested was Midi,near the station. The master was bad manner,and refused to get a travelers check,so I payed in cash.
CARCASSONNE
Go over a river,a genuine castle was seen in the old town. From the castle one can see whole of the town ,and viceversa. I met a thunder,and minitrain was stopped. The restaurants seemed to be better in the old town,but because of schedule ,I took a lunch in the new town. I wasted about 2hours to meet a dish. It served too slow ! Next,I enter the restaurant Terminus in front of the station. Because,a plate announced that the restaurant have Cassule of traditional cuisine. I ordered Cassule and vegetable soupe. Csaaule did not pass my throat,and the soupe was almost made by water contained no essence no salt. The train did not run frequently. I had bad experience in this city. BUt I say tat the bureau of information was very kind.
TOULOUSE
The town was a base position of my travel. And I solely rested hotel Mercure.The hotel was fullmarked ,bacause of position,cost,beautiful roomand kind master.I recommend this hotel.
